Brett Rupp is the founder and Managing Director of Rupp Consulting LLC. He is also the primary consultant delivering services to clients. Brett has over 20 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting in both public and corporate accounting. Public accounting experience included IPOs, divestitures, acquisitions, mergers, restatements, adoption of new accounting standards, accounting advisory services for complex transactions, IFRS and US GAAP conversions, as well as debt and equity offerings. Corporate accounting responsibilities included SEC reporting, technical accounting, treasury activities, direct and indirect taxes, budgeting, forecasting, capital management, cost management, and SOX controls. He has significant experience both internationally and within the United States, which is described in the next section.

Over 4 years of corporate accounting experience both foreign and domestic. Spent over 2 years in Brazil as CFO for a business with ~$2 to $3 billion revenue touching almost all products and business segments in CAT where he was responsible for numerous areas including accounting (IFRS & US GAAP), tax, treasury, controls, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
